Permanently delete your managed AI account without installing the app. Sign in with the email and password you used in Closet Muse. These are sent directly to Google Firebase, not to our server.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first. This removes your membership directory entry and complimentary access, then deletes your Firebase sign-in record. Wardrobes and face photos are stored on your devices, not here. Erase local data in Settings and delete any exported backups yourself. Current-day hashed abuse counters may remain temporarily as described in our privacy notice.
If you forgot your password, enter your email and press Reset password. For another issue, use the Support / privacy request form.
